2. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• Scheduling: All sessions and consultations must be scheduled through Just Peachy’s website or directly with a team member.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

• No Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of that session, and the client will be charged the full session fee.

3. Payment Terms

• Pricing: The pricing for services is listed on Just Peachy’s website and communicated directly to clients. Pricing may vary based on the type of service and package selected.

• Payment: All payments must be made in advance, either through Just Peachy’s online payment platform or as otherwise agreed upon. Just Peachy accepts payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.].

4. Client Responsibilities

• All materials provided by Just Peachy Nutrition and Fitness, including but not limited to nutrition plans, fitness programs, articles, recipes, and other educational content, are the intellectual property of Just Peachy and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from Just Peachy.
